Simply put together the lasagna, as you normally do & you will be pleasantly surprised at how good it turns out. The noodles are light as a feather & cook up very well in the sauce. I have now tried every version of the Fiber Gourmet pasta & love all of them. And they are so easy to digest & very low in calories too! What else could anybody possible want from a pasta product? Simply put, their pasta products are awesome!

(More customer reviews)I love pasta, but it does not love me. I just don't seem to be able to digest it. But this pasta, not only tastes great, it is so easy to digest. And, as an added bonus, it is healthy & low in calories. I have now tried every version of this pasta & they are all amazing. Some reviewers complained that the pasta is too firm, but that is not the case. You simply need to cook it a bit longer than regular pasta & then it is light as a feather. Because of how wonderful it tastes & because it is so light, you would think that you were eating homemade pasta. Almost hard to beleive that this stuff comes out of a box! :-)

(More customer reviews)I have recently started buying Erin Baker's Breakfast cookies because they are a fast, easy and nutritious way for me to start my day. This flavor is not always available as it is a limited edition flavor, but fear not, these cookies do very well when frozen and can go directly from the freezer to the microwave for about 40 seconds, and you have a nice chewy delicious cookie.
This flavor is delicious-some of the major ingredients are whole grain rolled oats, raisins, dried apples, walnuts, coconut and spices (cinnamon, nutmeg and carrot cake spices). The cookie comes in at 310 calories, 18% fiber, with 17g of sugar and 15% iron.
I was doubtful that a large cookie would sustain me, as lunch for me is about 5.5 hours away, but I have no problem, this cookie is filling and delicious. As with any fiber filled product, make sure you do drink fluids.
If you do buy these or any of the other Breakfast cookies, be assured that you can freeze and microwave, so on the limited edition flavors, you can buy extra if you really love a particular flavor.

(More customer reviews)Okay, I first came across the "Fiber Gourmet" brand from a vague Google search for "low calorie pasta". I'd previously bought into the shirataki noodle craze and while I admit--calorically speaking--shirataki have EVERYTHING else on the planet beat hands down, I quickly tired of the stuff mainly because I knew I would have to chew the heck out of it before swallowing, lest It Come Out Looking the Same Way It Went In ('nuff said there) and for the cost of each bag (the store brand I found in the tofu aisle was roughly $2.50 ea and the Miracle Noodle brand from online is essentially the same for 8-9 oz bag) my diet was getting pretty expensive eating 2bags a day 4 days a week. I ate shirataki by the bag, after all...
So when I happened across the Fiber Gourmet website, I simply bookmarked it and went along my way. Finally, after a couple more weeks of laboriously chewing shirataki, I decided to give it a whirl and ordered from the official website. I have to admit, the first time I tried the Light Spaghetti pasta I wasn't exactly bowled over and that was because I was actually mixing the Fiber Gourmet noodles with another, lower sodium (but still 210cal/srvg) noodle brand and honestly wasn't seeing much of a difference--on the scale or satiety-wise. However, in the past couple weeks I went back to my case of 6 boxes and tried them again, this time wondering why in the world I didn't like them first time! I stopped mixing them with the other noodle and most times have either exactly the 56g serving size or 84g (1.5 srvg) and mix it with veggies, spices and low-sodium/calorie glazes (Captain Rodney's Sweet & Spicy Pepper Glaze being my fav). For a treat I'll throw in a couple ounces of Morning Star Farms fake chik'n strips.
The best part about the Light Spaghetti is how absolutely filling they are. I've taken to having the above-described dish for lunch and honestly I don't feel hungry again until several hours later. 18g of fiber is just ridiculous (per serving) but I'm so glad it's there because you really don't need much of the noodles to get satisfied. That's one thing these have over the shirataki. Another is the whole "chewing element"; I found I don't have to count 32 chews (literally; I actually did this w/ the shirataki) before swallowing. Fiber Gourmet also cooks dang close to legit pasta. I found that really leaving them on the stove boiling for a while (over 20mins) is best and you can tell from sight when they're ready. I haven't managed to overcook this pasta yet.
But above all the pros, I have to say that the fact they fill you up is the best. I'm on a low calorie diet so having that extra 70 cals/serving these spare you really helps. My faux-lo mein:) meal described above is around 250-395 cals depending on whether I add any meat to the pasta. Since I don't need an afternoon snack on the days I eat Fiber Gourmet for lunch, I can save another 100-150 there for dinner.
I wouldn't recommend having these more than once a day or having more than twice the serving size on account of how much fiber is in a serving but so far I've had no intestinal issues whatsoever (TMI?). Oh! And even though I bought my first case from the Fiber Gourmet website I'd highly recommend buying them here from Amazon--when I saw the case for $16.92 WITH PRIME S/H I was sold and ordered immediately so I won't have to go even a day w/o these. I paid about $20 for the case from FG's site and then about $7-10s/h on top of that so the deal is DEFINITELY here. Since I've incorporated the FG pasta into my diet I've dropped almost 3lbs in 10 days whereas shirataki 4 days a week had me at a statistical standstill. I highly recommend FG's pasta if you want to taste noodles almost exactly like the real thing and can't stand the thought of life w/o a past dish like I can't:)

We've been gluten-free, casein-free and egg-free for almost 2 years and it's hard to find a bread that tastes like the real thing. This bread looks and tastes more like a light wheat bread.It's not as dry as the tapioca bread and has a better, nuttier flavor. My son likes it a lot and he's an extremely picky eater. We ordered it in bulk with the 6 loaves and had no problem with mold like a previous reviewer reported.Very happy customers!!!

At work, my chair really takes a pounding and the warm odor of high-fiber farts lingers most of the morning, making my irksome coworkers more reluctant to bother me.
The only down side is that unless you let it soak a long time, it's like trying to eat a bowl of rocks. Warming it in the microwave improves the soaking time and is great for the cold winter months!

(More customer reviews)These Fiber One toaster pastries aren't much better than regular Poptarts except the fiber and whole grain content. 190 calories, 4 grams of fat and 36 carbohydrates verus 200 calories, 5 grams of fat and 37 carbohydrates in a Poptart. The Fiber One has 5 grams of fiber verus the Poptart has 1. The number one ingredient in the Fiber One toaster pastry is whole grain wheat flour so you can feel a little better about eating them.
The taste isn't anywhere as good as Poptarts. The taste has a wholegrain taste that is kind of like some nutrigrain bars that can remind me of a stale taste but that being said, these are still good. Even my 2 and 3 year olds eat these so that says alot. Once you get use to these and not have a regular Poptart, you kind of forget about the whole grain taste and just enjoy them.

(More customer reviews)A few years ago, I stumbled upon FiberOne products and simply spent all my free time annoying my friends and co-workers by talking non-stop about it. My friends joked that I should be the spokesperson. Well, fast forward a few years, and amazingly I've found a product that supplants FiberOne in my heart. FiberPlus has antioxidants that FiberOne doesn't have, but that's not why I like it better. I like it better because it generally just tastes better. FiberOne tastes fine (especially the raisin bran), but I still feel I am eating a "health cereal." This FiberPlus cereal tastes straight up delicious, regardless of its health benefits. I would be tempted to eat it even if it had the nutritional profile of Count Chocula. But of course, it's just as healthy as FiberOne.
Keep in mind, these are just my tastes. The yogurt balls that are included in this cereal are things I really enjoy, but others may not. But in general, the total taste is superior.

(More customer reviews)I bought these from Sam's Club and could not wait to make them. They are very easy to make. You do not need to drain blueberry as there are none. There are little purple pellets in the mix. These taste like the blue dots in Eggo blueberry waffles.

The muffins baked nicely and smell wonderful. The taste is not bad. My kids loved them. I just miss the taste of real blueberries. These are good to keep on hand for a quick fix if you can add some real berries.
