Here is how you eat it: toast it 2 or 3 times on the high setting in your toaster watching it carefully until it just caramelizes on the edges, not burning it. Then put butter on it which dissolves beautifully when it is very hot and sprinkle with a little Splenda or your favorite jam. It's out of this world! And, 7 grams of whole soluble fiber per slice. Four slices of this and you can quit for the day, it has so much fiber. I have it for breakfast every day that I do not have steel-cut oatmeal. That way I start the day off with my fiber.
