It has some sugar content (evaporated cane juice) and a good flavor. It generally is found in health food sections of larger supermarkets or in health food stores, and is now available on the Internet. My main complaint is that retailers do not generally carry the hot cereal equivalent (which I managed to get my friend Lisa to carry in her health food store).

(More customer reviews)This is a very good cereal. I like having an organic alternative to shredded wheat. I like the texture and size of the biscuits and that it is lightly sweetened throughout. What I don't care for as much is that this Kashi cereal is too "cinnamony" for me. I don't fault the cereal since it is called "Cinnamon Harvest", after all. However, I would prefer a more subtle cinnamon taste. I like Kashi Autumn Harvest better.

(More customer reviews)I always liked Grape-Nuts Flakes better than Grape-Nuts. The regular Grape-Nuts are too much like chewing gravel to me. The flakes have a great nutty flavor. They do get soggy very quickly, though. Sometimes I like them that way. If you don't like soggy cereal, I recommend cutting the serving in half, eat the first half with milk, then add the second half to the remaining milk. Or just eat fast :)

I love the Kettle Korn flavor too! If you've never tried it, you don't know what you're missing. It can be very addictive so maybe you better not try. Neah! Go right ahead! It's popcorn - a great healthy snacking alternative to chips, candy, and other junk food.
Tip: It says not to use the popcorn button on your microwave which is good advice but if you check that booklet thingy that came with yours (if you can remember which drawer it's buried in) you might find that your popcorn button has multiple size settings like my Samsung model does. All it takes for me is to press the popcorn button 3 times to select "Snack size" and it comes out perfect every time - none burnt or scorched and only a few kernels unpopped.

If you didn't like Japanese seaweed snacks like Ajitsuke Authentic Japanese Seasoned Roasted Nori Seaweed, you'll probably like this. Korean seaweed snacks differ from Japanese ones because the seaweed pieces are typically thinner and very very crispy. They are coated with a bit of oil (I've seen olive and grapeseed oil so far) and salt and give off a satisfying crunch inside your mouth.
I usually eat this with rice, as I find them to be slightly too salty to eat alone, but otherwise a great snack that you don't have to feel too guilty about. You do have to wipe off your fingers afterward if you use your hands because of the oil.
