I eat one daily and they keep me regular like clockwork. They are tasty and chewy, so I highly recommend these bars to anyone that is irregular or a great deal of constipation. But always remember with any Bran product you consume, "drink lots of water"

My only complaint would be that they are very sweet.
They're moist and chewey and really do have bits of apples in them.
I just thought they were a little too sweet.
Tasty way to add fiber to your diet and/or grab something quick and easy to eat.

They are both really good as you can see from my review on the other one too. I like the plain cheese version slightly better but this nacho version is quite good too. They both are generously portioned crunchy and tasty. For Wight Watcher people this is a one point snack. You get a lot for that point! These go great accompanied by an apple. A wonderful cracker! Highly recommended.

(More customer reviews)Yum, the muffins are dark, moist, not too cinnamon-y or overwhelmingly apple--they're just right. It's easy to whip up a batch. They make a great morning muffin or an afternoon snack, definitely a tasty way to get more fiber into your diet. I've even tried them substituting apple sauce for the oil, and they're good that way too. Sometimes I add raisins, currants, or chopped dried apricots, equally good.
I first saw these at Costco. Then Costco stopped carrying them except in Montana (I like these, but not THAT much). Costco said this was a special item with a limited run, but it appears that Amazon has cornered the market on this item, which is okay with me.

(More customer reviews)These Fiber One toaster pastries aren't much better than regular Poptarts except the fiber and whole grain content. 190 calories, 4 grams of fat and 36 carbohydrates verus 200 calories, 5 grams of fat and 37 carbohydrates in a Poptart. The Fiber One has 5 grams of fiber verus the Poptart has 1. The number one ingredient in the Fiber One toaster pastry is whole grain wheat flour so you can feel a little better about eating them.
The taste isn't anywhere as good as Poptarts. The taste has a wholegrain taste that is kind of like some nutrigrain bars that can remind me of a stale taste but that being said, these are still good. Even my 2 and 3 year olds eat these so that says alot. Once you get use to these and not have a regular Poptart, you kind of forget about the whole grain taste and just enjoy them.

(More customer reviews)My 3-year-old was introduced to PopTarts at a birthday party. She is not a big eater, so we try to squeeze something valuable into everything she eats. We tried the Fiber One brand in place of PopTarts, and to my surprise, my daughter (and husband) can't tell the difference (although these don't have sprinkles, they are frosted).
Both brands have 190-200 calories, 4-5 grams of fat, and 36-37g of carbohydrates. The difference is that the Fiber One version has 5 grams of fiber instead of 1 as in PopTarts.
So while these are not the most nutritious food choice out there, they are certainly better than the alternative. If they make the family happy while slipping a little fiber into their diets, than I'll continue to buy them.

(More customer reviews)These bars do contain fiber, and do have a fairly good taste. They are sticky on the fingers and are definitely chewy, a desirable quality in a chewy bar.
This is a deceptive product however. Almond pieces are far down in the list of ingredients and not easily found in the bar itself. Like strawberries? Look elsewhere for your strawberry fix because there are no strawberries in this bar, not even a sliver or seed. Instead one gets strawberry flavored bits of cranberry.
Call me crazy, but the lack of strawberries in something called oats and strawberry rubs me the wrong way.

For people with a sweet tooth like me, these are a great alternative to other chocolate, candy, and less healthy snack bars. Sure, there are plenty of things out there that are better for you, but I've yet to find any that taste like this.
These bars are great, but the Kellogg's FiberPlus Bars, Dark Chocolate Almond, 5 Bars, 6.3-Ounce Boxes (Pack of 12) are even better!

(More customer reviews)I have tried most of the flavors Except for the new MOCHA and these are great tasting (fiber) Bars. Every once in a while you will get one that is hard as a rock, I guess the package wasn't sealed all the way.
The last thing I will say is that these are $2.59 at Target and will usually have them on sale for less. So as far as amazon is concerned this is not a fantastic deal.
