The taste is excellent and packs a full day of fiber. Fiber One Honey Clusters has 13 grams of fiber and 160 calories. Fiber One Original contains 14 grams of fiber and just 60 calories. So for 220 calories in cereal, plus 110 calories in 1 cup skim milk and 25 calories for the 1 T. craisins you get 355 total calories and 28 grams fiber in one bowl! Sure beats donuts and coffee and you're not hungry till lunch!

(More customer reviews)I have had all three of the Fiber One Bars (oats & chocolate, oats & peanut butter, and oats & caramel). I didn't really care for the oats & chocolate, but I like the oats & peanut butter a lot. It tastes very good with a nice mellow peanut butter flavor. Even my young boys (6 and 3) like it. As good as oats & peanut butter is, though, the caramel is 10 times better. It tastes like a candy bar. Obviously, it has a firm texture, but it's not dry by any stretch. It makes a great breakfast or part of a breakfast that can stick with you for a few hours. It can also serve as a very satisfying snack. I will confess that, since my supply of these bars has been limited, I haven't had my kids try them yet. But, now that I have been finally able to order these from Amazon, I will definitely let them try this new flavor.

Well, no wonder. With 13g of sugar per serving (around 9 total per box), it's mighty sweet, although I suspect that the majority comes from the raisins. The whole grain wheat/bran flakes are lightly coated with sugar which glistens under a bright light. The clusters are tasteless, in contrast to its brother product, FiberOne Honey Clusters. They were probably added to give some contrasting texture and some crunch.
Combined together, the overall taste is so-so, but watch out for the sugar (and portions!) if you watch what you eat. It's good to be regular.

The last thing I will say is that these are $2.59 at Target and will usually have them on sale for less. So as far as amazon is concerned this is not a fantastic deal.

(More customer reviews)I've tried just about every "fiber" cereal on the market, and this is the only one that is all natural and offers a ton of fiber. All of the "commercial" brands of fiber cereal are loaded with artificial ingredients. Read the label on this one, there are only a couple ingredients and they are easily identifiable.
The flavor of this product is excellent. They also make it without the cinnamon, but the cinnamon definitely "makes" this product, and also may help control your blood sugar.
I usually eat this with another cereal mixed in, but it is quite edible on its own. I just don't need 25 grams of fiber first thing in the morning.
You could also use this cereal as a fiber supplement and eat a small amount periodically through the day.

Fiber one is a crunchy, flavorful, bran tasty, cereal which, in 4 oz gives one 14 grams of fiber. One cup of Fiber One equals 28 grams of fiber. When I stop to think of the ordeal involved taking Metamucil for 5 grams of fiber, though ignorant of the existence of Fiber One, and its 14-28 grams of fiber, I could commit Hari Kari! The cereal is as tasty as ones favorite cereal, a pleasant surprise, and by adding a pear to this morning cereal one hits the 30+ grams recommended by the medics.
All hail to Fiber One; wouldst I had known about it sooner! Fiber One is worth the price of admission! All hail to Fiber One, the greatest product since sliced whole wheat bread!!!
