(More customer reviews)Upon arrival, I read the nutrition info myself on the cereal box and was pleasantly surprised to find they were better than Amazon's listing. They have 6 grams of fiber (balanced soluble and insoluble fiber) in a 1 ounce (28 gram=3/4 cup) serving and only 5 grams of sugars, all for only 100 calories. All this isn't worth much though, if they don't taste good, right? Well, they are good, very yummy, even out of the box. They are rather like "Life" cereal, regular flavor, just a bit less stripped of the good stuff in taste. The whole grains really shine through and they tend to stay crispy in milk much longer. I enjoyed a bowl of them topped with just a fine bit of honey so that the flax seeds I topped them with would stick and not sink to the bottom, a bowl plain with milk, and also a bowl made into a "Muddy Buddies" healthy version. I bought these initially to make the recipe "Muddy Buddies/Puppy Chow" recipe healthier (using alternatively sweetened chocolate, freshly ground almond or peanut butters and some date sugar to toss in after coating. These would also be a great alternative choice for other "Chex" cereal recipes. I like them so much, I will give up my usual choices in cereal that provide the same, or less, amount of fiber for TWICE the calories and that also soak up too much milk in the bowl. Give these a try, they won't replace some of the worst offending sugar laden "kid's" cereals with no one noticing, but these are really a good choice and tasty, and are always handy for those "chex mix" recipes with a healthier spin. If a sugar addict really needs more sweetening, just let them top these with a better choice in sweetener of your own choice, not a giant company's choice in what makes them the most profit. Best of all, we can have something affordable we like the taste of without supporting these huge companies that are ruining our health and economy , as well as putting the family farmers out of business. I can't think of any reasons why I wouldn't recommend these.

(More customer reviews)When I first tried these confections many years ago (in the early 90's) I instantly loved them. They are toasted sesame seeds bound together with a honey glazing. That is all - honey and sesame seeds. But boy are they good and addictive. The only negative side to this treat is that the four individual wafers contained in each package tend to stick together and sometimes they do not break away cleanly from each other. This is to be expected though given the nature of the ingredients and is a small inconvenience. The product is made in, of all places, Poland and I find it gratifying to be able to purchase a product from a country that has come so far, economically and socially, in the last 20 years. If you want a simple, delicious, and nutritious confection, look no further - this is it.

(More customer reviews)I love pasta, but it does not love me. I just don't seem to be able to digest it. But this pasta, not only tastes great, it is so easy to digest. And, as an added bonus, it is healthy & low in calories. I have now tried every version of this pasta & they are all amazing. Some reviewers complained that the pasta is too firm, but that is not the case. You simply need to cook it a bit longer than regular pasta & then it is light as a feather. Because of how wonderful it tastes & because it is so light, you would think that you were eating homemade pasta. Almost hard to beleive that this stuff comes out of a box! :-)

(More customer reviews)These bars do contain fiber, and do have a fairly good taste. They are sticky on the fingers and are definitely chewy, a desirable quality in a chewy bar.
This is a deceptive product however. Almond pieces are far down in the list of ingredients and not easily found in the bar itself. Like strawberries? Look elsewhere for your strawberry fix because there are no strawberries in this bar, not even a sliver or seed. Instead one gets strawberry flavored bits of cranberry.
Call me crazy, but the lack of strawberries in something called oats and strawberry rubs me the wrong way.

They are absolutely delicious, like a candy bar. The Chocolate Mocha flavored ones taste appealingly of coffee. The bars contain 9 grams of fiber as well as a generous portion of chicory.
I would highly recommend them for long road trips, when you're facing a constipating diet of grease, cheese, starch, and more cheese day in and day out. These bars will clean out the pipes, and they travel well, being individually wrapped in fairly sturdy cellophane. For other situations, keep in mind that you might be spending quality time on the can within a few hours of eating one. So, maybe not the ideal desert with which to finish up a hot date.

I got it originally becuase my wife is on Weight Watchers and my son's were interested in the hight fiber. So far from the leftovers they have left me the pasta is very tastful. We have gotten the sampler but will buy something different next time and I'll have it delivered at work instead of home and maybe I will be able to try it.

13% of your saturated fats in one bar? Not so good. I believe it balances out for the most part and there is definitely a benefit to making fiber taste good.
Just don't eat more than one until you are used to them.
The chicory root fiber that is in these (and FiberOne) and every other clone product is an incredible generator of intestinal gas in many people. People who eat a lot of foods high in fiber will not likely be as affected, but some will be caught quite by surprise with what happens a couple of hours after you eat one. Reports of people scaring their pets and waking themselves and loved ones up from a sound sleep with the substantial and epic flatulence is not as exaggerated as you might think. Marathon farting with longer durations and louder volume than you have ever experienced is fairly common.
The good news is, the gaseous emanations are very often "all bark and no bite" (to put it delicately) and so can be very entertaining if you have small children or an immature husband (or wife). Just do not eat them prior to bed, church, yoga class, boardroom meetings, dates, long car trips with passengers, crowded movies, using public transportation, job interviews, dentist appointments, doctor's appointments, family reunions ... well, you get the picture.
However, if you get selected by the IRS for an audit, eat a whole box (5 of them) about 1 hour before the scheduled time. This also works for meetings with any government officials or any people you DO NOT wish to ever invite you back.
