(More customer reviews)I keep this in the house at all times and purchase it locally for about $2-$2.09 at its most expensive. While it is only $1.79/box here, the shipping is $7 for one box! Are you kidding me? Who in their right mind would pay that?
The product itself is wonderful. Unprocessed, all natural. Great, everyday recipes on the back of the box.
If you like/need bran, this is the brand to get.

(More customer reviews)This is a good way to get my Omega 3 since I dont like fishy fish. It is also a way to get good fiber. In order to get the omega benefit of flax it has to be the ground flax and I used to grind it myself but this is much more convenient. this particular brand of flax seed is my favorite among the ones I have found in the store. I like it better than Bob's red mill atho get that if I have to.
I buy this with the automatic ordering every 6 months and it saves me money and no shipping if done this way along with the 10% off. I put several heaping teaspoons in my cranberry juice in the morning. some people put it in baked goods or on cereal. I have also added to rice mixtures, casseroles, hot chocolate etc - whatever strikes my fancy.

(More customer reviews)I bought these from Sam's Club and could not wait to make them. They are very easy to make. You do not need to drain blueberry as there are none. There are little purple pellets in the mix. These taste like the blue dots in Eggo blueberry waffles.

The muffins baked nicely and smell wonderful. The taste is not bad. My kids loved them. I just miss the taste of real blueberries. These are good to keep on hand for a quick fix if you can add some real berries.
