(More customer reviews)We used to buy Ener-G's Tapioca Loaf, but after trying this one we've switched. We've been gluten-free, casein-free and egg-free for almost 2 years and it's hard to find a bread that tastes like the real thing. This bread looks and tastes more like a light wheat bread.It's not as dry as the tapioca bread and has a better, nuttier flavor. My son likes it a lot and he's an extremely picky eater. We ordered it in bulk with the 6 loaves and had no problem with mold like a previous reviewer reported.Very happy customers!!!
