(More customer reviews)Well, it's very low carb, so you can't expect it to be amazing, but it serves it's purpose. Gives me some pancakes when I can't normally eat them (on Atkins). I add a few frozen blueberries to mine. George Stella's pancake recipe tastes better, but these are more of a pancake consistancy.
