If you didn't like Japanese seaweed snacks like Ajitsuke Authentic Japanese Seasoned Roasted Nori Seaweed, you'll probably like this. Korean seaweed snacks differ from Japanese ones because the seaweed pieces are typically thinner and very very crispy. They are coated with a bit of oil (I've seen olive and grapeseed oil so far) and salt and give off a satisfying crunch inside your mouth.
I usually eat this with rice, as I find them to be slightly too salty to eat alone, but otherwise a great snack that you don't have to feel too guilty about. You do have to wipe off your fingers afterward if you use your hands because of the oil.

The taste and texture that these little balls of yumminess produce is just amazing. There are some many different ways to prepare it and so many dishes and side-dishes you can make with it. I just can't say enough good things about this pasta.
If you take a little bit of extra time to toast these babies before you cook them up, talk about a completely different level of taste.
From entrées, to side-dishes, I have yet to find a way I couldn't prepare this couscous. Italian style, with chop suey (as a replacement for rice), even mexican style. This is probably one of the most versatile foods on the planet.
You will not be disappointed.

I'm always on the lookout for healthy, sugar-free, vegetarian snacks. These taste great. I'm in love. They taste somewhat like a cross between potato chips and the crunchy fried onions you might find on green bean casserole. They're mildly salty, and not spicy at all (unlike some of the other Haldiran snacks). These do cause a bit of gas in the average person, so just be prepared. But they're easy to eat and I now carry them everywhere. I can't say enough good things about them. If they're sold out here on Amazon, they do sell these moong dal snacks at Indian grocery stores, if you happen to live near one. (That's where I first discovered moong dal.)

(More customer reviews)I buy organic cranberry beans in 25-50 lb lots. They are a staple in our household. I had hoped to buy some from Barry Farm, and assumed - from their name - that they grew them. After all, they are a "farm," right? Understanding that some "organic" beans come from China, I thought I would call Barry Farms to confirm the country of origin for their beans. The female who took my call told me that they don't know where these beans come from since they get them from a distributor (so much for the "farm" in "Barry Farms"). I asked if she could give me the contact information for the distributor so that I could ask them directly. Her answer: "no". I asked if THEY could find out from the distributor where these beans come from. Her answer: "no". Thanks, but I'll do my business elsewhere.
UPDATE: I ended up buying from Italian Harvest - a dot com.
SECOND UPDATE: Italian Harvest no longer has an organic Borlotti/Cranberry bean, so this year I purchased from Purcell Mountain Farms, and am very pleased with their product.

Two airtight packages per box. Wafers are the size of half of the front of the package standing upwards, comparable to a graham cracker. Low fat. 30 Kcal with only 2.5 Kcal (0.25g) from fat per wafer. About half the thickness of a saltine, but stronger. Very enjoyable with chili or soup or for appetizers. A 1/2 cup serving is about 100 calories with zero fat. You also get 4 grams of Fiber, with is very important in your diet. Along with 6 grams of Protein. Wow, fat free protein!

I wanted to start to eat healthier so when I saw this was whole wheat and and on subscribe and save I ordered it. I thought I would give it a try. If I hated it I could always add it to home baked goods. Well I love it. I sauted an onion and added some beef broth and 5 minutes later it was done.
