(More customer reviews)Yes I agree with you about anyone that has a problem and/or reaction to psyllium, I fortunately do not and I swear by these bars. I eat one daily and they keep me regular like clockwork. They are tasty and chewy, so I highly recommend these bars to anyone that is irregular or a great deal of constipation. But always remember with any Bran product you consume, "drink lots of water"
