(More customer reviews)Our son loved another brand name cinnamon crunch cereal which was nutritionally empty and full of sugar. However, he insisted upon eating it every single day.
We were lucky enough to find this Total version and over time "snuck" more and more of the Total cereal into the other cereal. Now, he is totally eating..and enjoying the Total, which gives him 100% of 12 vitamins!
Now, if only Total would provide great substitutes for other nutritionally devoid cereals kids love!

(More customer reviews)I give this product 5 starts, but not for eating it as a cereal. I think that eating it plain/with milk is a little rough: as a cereal, I'd give it 2 stars. However, I LOVE using this stuff in yogurt (any flavor)--it adds more of a crunch than granola does--and it's also fantastic when you put it on top of fruit (espeically strawberries and melons like canteloupe...not so much watermelon). I really like the Ezekiel 4:9 with almonds best!
And as an FYI, 22 bucks for 6 boxes is a great deal. The cereal usually runs about $5-6 a box in-store.

(More customer reviews)I buy this flour for our younger son who is on Glutet-free/Casein-free diet but all family enjoy teff pancakes.
Recipe cannot be easier:
- 3 large eggs,
- 2 tbs of fructose or honey (can be substituted with sugar),
- 4 cups of spring water,
- 2 + (1/4) cup of teff flour,
- 1/2 tsp of baking soda + 2 tsp of freshly squeezed lemon juice (you can add this mix at the end as a multi-purpose rising agent for any baking).
Usually I use two 10" frying pans at once to make flat pancakes as fast as possible.

(More customer reviews)I'm actually a diabetic; and cereal, because of it's high glucose content, is usually something I stay away from. If I eat cereal for breakfast, even the good cereals like corn flakes or cheerios, I see a sudden spike in blood sugar and usually get tired at around 10 or 11am. These Nature's Path Cereals, this one and the granola, are the only cereals from which I experience absolutely no negative effects. Because of the natural ingredients, pumpkin seeds, flax, etc. this cereal does not immediately turn to sugar for the body to process. Instead, it leaves you feeling full and energized for a long time. They taste incredible too; seriously, I prefer this over regular raisin bran or whatever you'd compare it to. Strongly recommend!

It's almost like eating an Oreo, but without the extra fat and with added vitamins. They're marvelous as a pie crust too! Not to mention, crumbled up on top of a hot fudge sundae! My Mom useed to cook these when I was a kid, and I always loved them...now, I fixed them for my Grandson, and he feels the same...3 pancakes, 2 eggs, and lots of butter and real Homemade Hot Sugar and vanalla suyrp...OMG...soooo good. layer a pancake, then egg, then pancake, then another egg, finished by another pancake to make the Family Stacker! I found this brand a few years back, and it is the real thing...easy to make, healthy, and Lord knows...eat 3 of these and you will NOT be hungry in a couple hours! They Stick with you.
