The ingredients listed on the box are "Black Sesame, Almonds, Cashews, Sun Flower Seeds, Pumpkin Seeds, Rice Malt, Sesame Seeds, Natural Flavors, Cane Juice, Sea Salt." That's a pretty significant difference, especially since I'm violently allergic to cashews. I will be returning these.

(More customer reviews)I love these canisters of Matzo Meal. I use this stuff year round, to bulk up meatloaf, to make chicken soup when someone is sick, and in place of crumbs on fried fish. It's handy to have a container that can be easily opened and then closed with the plastic lid and stored. The unused meal says safe and dry until I need it.
Not kosher for Passover, but great for the rest of the year.

Great with soup, or a salad, for veggie sandwiches with dressing, or with your favorite jam or marmalade. Or just plain to enjoy the moist whole grain German flavor right from the vacuum sealed package. Slices can also be cut into squares for making your favorite appetizers. Made with whole kernal rye, wholemeal rye flour, sunflower seeds, salt, oat fiber, and yeast. Long shelf life. My order has 10 months left on the suggested use by date. Pre-sliced. 7 slices (the long way) per loaf. One long slice can be cut in half for two square pieces for one sandwich. 140 calories, 5g protein, 6g fiber per slice. Great option for those who like German style bread but may not have an authentic local bakery. Product of Germany. This review is out there for those for whom this makes a difference. (More customer reviews)I love this cereal; I eat it every morning with maple syrup or honey, raisins, and walnuts. It is never pasty for me, as it is for the other reviewer, unless I let it cook way too long or let it sit to cool too long. I cook it for five minutes, turn off the heat and let it thicken a couple of minutes more as I add my raisins and walnuts and maple syrup. Then I stir in rice milk until I get it to the consistency I like. Though I don't like rice milk by itself or on any other cereal, it does taste really good on this rice cereal, with the added benefit of making the whole thing easier to digest. Rice cereal is the easiest cereal to digest, anyway, but adding rice milk instead of cow's milk makes it even more easier.
