(More customer reviews)This is a good high fiber breakfast cereal with a high protein content. It does contain some sodium, but has a good potassium/sodium ratio. It has some sugar content (evaporated cane juice) and a good flavor. It generally is found in health food sections of larger supermarkets or in health food stores, and is now available on the Internet. My main complaint is that retailers do not generally carry the hot cereal equivalent (which I managed to get my friend Lisa to carry in her health food store).

I never imagined that our cereal would some day be delivered via UPS, but since Amazon's free-shipping price is 1/3 lower than our local Safeway, that's where we get it.
- It tastes great, even with the non-fat milk we've been using forever.
- Dry cereals made from wheat are much more filling than those made from corn, rice, or oats. I have to eat twice as much to be full, if the cereal is made from those grains.
- It stays reasonably crunchy the entire meal, and I have a big bowl every morning.
- It stays fresh in an opened box; although at the rate it's consumed around here, that's usually not very long.
- It stays fresh in an unopened box for many months.
- Good daily dose of fiber, although that's not the reason I eat it.
- The box and inner plastic bag open easily. My wife eats a Kellogg's brand cereal and opens the inner bag with scissors, as it can't be pulled apart.

(More customer reviews)This is a very good cereal. I like having an organic alternative to shredded wheat. I like the texture and size of the biscuits and that it is lightly sweetened throughout. What I don't care for as much is that this Kashi cereal is too "cinnamony" for me. I don't fault the cereal since it is called "Cinnamon Harvest", after all. However, I would prefer a more subtle cinnamon taste. I like Kashi Autumn Harvest better.

(More customer reviews)I was really disappointed when I opened this package up. Over a third of the crackers are already crushed or cracked or even slightly burnt on the edges. I am using them for S'mores favor bags for a birthday party and it's too late to send them back and try to find other individually packaged graham crackers. I had enough to do what I needed but what a waste of money on the rest of the damaged goods. I guess I can make a graham cracker crust out of them.....

When you open up this wrapper you find two smaller bars, each one robed in sweet dark chocolate and filled with a fluffy mint inside. And, what's nice is that each one of the two bars only has 75 calories (25 calories from fat), so if you just eat one, you have a delicious snack that comes in at under 100 calories.
This is serious candy, with the adult customer in mind. It has a more serious taste, one that you will love. (Do what I do, pop the bar in the refrigerator, and eat it cold!) My wife and I really love this candy bar, and we highly recommend it!
