Seapoint makes a dry roasted edamame snack pack that is as good for you as it is tasty. It is different from regular nuts since it has less fat. I find that eating only 1/4 cup for a snack satisfies my hunger without high calorie intake. This amount provides me with a whopping 14 grams of protein and 8 grams of fiber. The taste is just salty enough. I like this snack since it fits in with my WW lifestyle with only two points for this serving.
