I don't want to compare them to fresh nuts off the tree, but they are no better than the bulk nuts I find at Whole Foods or at the local Trader Joe's here in the US. These are not worth a special order from this seller because shipping is expensive, but if you can't find hazelnuts at all where you are, these will be acceptable.
