(More customer reviews)I like these because they are very very different from prunes or prune plums. They have a nicer flavor than the typical prune. They have retained good flavor and have good texture. They are pretty small, which is fine. Truly a dried plumb vs. a prune. They are soft in texture and a little bit chewy but not very chewy.

(More customer reviews)I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease a year ago. The hardest part of going gluten free has been that the only gluten free breads that are readily available are white and doughy. I have made one myself using a variety of flours, but it still doesn't have that whole grain taste/mouth feel.
When I tried this bread after making it in my bread machine, I almost cried. It was delicious, texture was heavenly, and it was simple to make! Cheap too, especially if you sign up for the automatic reorder deal.
It doesn't seem gluten free and it actually has a decent amount of fiber in it.
I love Bob's Red Mill and Amazon too!

(More customer reviews)Let me say these aren't the "best" artichokes I've eaten because nothing is better than a good, fresh artichoke. So, if you want these artichokes to taste that good you will be disappointed. That being said, if you can lower your expectations to understand that canned vegetables never taste as good as fresh then you will probably enjoy these.
I would warn you if you haven't already read that these are in water that has citric acid in it - that gives them a slight tangy taste. I love limes so I enjoy this taste but for those that don't I think it would be very difficult to get that taste out completely by rinsing them.
They're good for you (iron, fiber, 2 carbs per can), easy to eat (pull tab in case you want to just take the can to work) and taste pretty good in my opinion.
Price-wise they seem to regularly go on sale for $18 or less so with subscribe and save you may get them for as little as $12.75 for 12 cans which is a GREAT price. I wouldn't buy them for the $31 or whatever that is the "regular" price.

(More customer reviews)I've always liked adzuki beans, but whenever I've bought them in bulk at various stores, they tend to be poor quality, with many rocks that have to be sorted out, as well as a few shriveled up beans here and there.
I'm glad I tried these adzuki beans by Arrowhead Mills, because they're much better quality, but still at a reasonable price. Every package in the case was fresh, and although there were a couple of pebbles in one bag (which is why you should ALWAYS sort dried beans before booking them, no matter what brand they are or where you got them), they were excellent over all.
