This is especially amazing for this flavor because it is chocolate - something I crave every afternoon and evening. It's a great way to feed my sweet tooth, but it is only 90 calories and has a lot of fiber too. Also, no artificial sweeteners which is key because I can't stand splenda.

(More customer reviews)I first bought LightFull at Whole Foods Market, and have been hooked ever since. They have a lot of fiber and protein and are very filling and are especially good between meals. I especially like the fruit flavors because they have real fruit, and taste like it. My kids are also drinking these as a snack.
I happen to know a lot about these types of products. These are called "functional foods" and are designed to, well, serve a function. In this case, the idea is that a low calorie, high fiber, high protein snack will make you feel full and thus help you to avoid unhealthy snacks between meals. This will help you to eat better overall or loose weight, if that is your goal. This product is in a new class of foods called "snack beverages" meaning it is---you guessed it---a snack that you drink rather than eat. Not too many of those out yet, but they are coming, and they will be a welcome alternative to potato chips, cookies, donuts, and other snacks.
Overall, I think that this is a great product. It is based on a sound idea, packaged for convenience, and tastes great.
