(More customer reviews)I discovered Uncle Sam cereal in the local supermarket in 1977, searching for something for a friend that was suffering from constipation problems. I've been hooked on it ever since - it has 10 grams of fiber, and it really does keep your system cleaned out - it's tasty (I eat it with Soymilk) and I do like the texture (it's crunchy and the flax seeds also add an interesting twist). Be sure to chew the flax seeds thoroughly. It is very filling, too.
