Each packet contains a nice 5g of both Fiber & Protein, both of which us most people don't get enough of these days. Strawberry Kiki is the best flavor available thus-far, unanimously between myself and 3 of my friends.

(More customer reviews)I think the K20 protein drinks are fantastic. I am a vegetarian and am always looking for ways to supplement my protein intake.
I first tried the actual bottled drinks for K2O; I was disappointed that there was only about 5g of protein (about 2/3 cup of milk), but when I tried the drink and found, not only no aftertaste as many of the other protein drinks out there have, but excellent flavors... I was hooked. My problem is that even in bulk... they were priced at around $2 a bottle (around $24 for 12 bottles) which is out of my budget.
Then came the powders which you can just mix in a 16-20 oz cup or bottle of water. If I buy a case of bulk water at my local warehouse for around $5 (or just use filtered water at home) the cost for 28 bottles is now anywhere from about $5-$10 less than the price of only 12 premixed bottles. Plus they are significantly easier to transport to work.
Now I have the best of all worlds... added protein to my vegetarian diet... low calorie, great tasting drinks... and a very reasonable price. I have them on subscription now!

(More customer reviews)The Mix 1 Blueberry-Vanilla protein and antioxidant drink is 11 oz. and 200 calories of nutritious vitamins and minerals. According to the bottle, each serving contains:
*15 grams of premium whey isolate
*23 vitamins and minerals
*3 servings of fruit/veggies
*antioxidants = to 4 cups of tea
*free of lactose, gluten, soy and caffeine
It doesn't end there. Although the product contains a little too much sugar, it is at least organic cane sugar and organic evaporated cane juice. The product itself is not organic but rather all-natural. But how does it taste? My first impression was how much it tastes like vitamins, but not necessarily in a bad way. It reminded me somewhat of a liquid yogurt drink with a vitamin-like taste. The product is perfect for replenishment after a workout or perhaps a quick pick-me-up in the morning for breakfast while driving to work.
Other positives:
*no trans fats
*370mg potassium
*70% RDA of vitamin C
*3g of dietary fiber
The one negative I did find with the product is the price. Even buying in bulk at a case of 12 the price still averages over $2.00 a bottle. If that is of no concern to you and are looking for a healthy drink you can't go wrong with this product.

(More customer reviews)mix 1 Berry is a good tasting drink that packs plenty of good stuff that your body needs and will thank you for. Some of the other reviews on here complain that the berry flavor isn't very good but when you are drinking these high content drinks the goal isn't something that is going to taste incredible rather that is a 'side effect' of trying to puree something together that your body will thank you for. The first taste I had of mix 1 the experience wasn't out of this world but it wasn't bad either. As I continued to drink more of this I got used to the flavor quickly and actually it grew on me.
If you are looking for a healthy alternative to other drinks and/or something to balance out your food intake for the rest of the day, this is a wonderful product that delivers what it say it does.

This powder gives me protein and fiber to help me stay full (and not snack) which is a good thing. I prefer this flavor to the pink lemonade since the latter is a bit too tart. I buy it by the case on the subscribe-and-save program and keep cases of it at home and at work and order a lot during the summer since it seems to go out-of-stock during the winter.
