(More customer reviews)I just love All Bran Ice Tea...I was unable to find this product in stores for weeks on end...I finally purchased it from Amazon...I love it since it has ten grams of fiber and tastes very nice...You just add one packet to a bottle of spring water (16.9) oz...
It is delicious!
I am thrilled with this product and think ten grams of fiber in any diet is healthy! I usually have at least two a day...I am getting my water at the same time...GREAT ICE TEA!

(More customer reviews)I've only had the Vanilla flavor so I can't comment on others but this product tastes great - especially with tea. It's a subtle flavor that doesn't take away the flavor of the drink added to it. It's definitely a bit pricey but I think it works better for digestion than any of the popular fiber promising citrus powdered drinks whose contents always seem questionable to me.

(More customer reviews)To those complaining of the taste - give me a break, go buy the million different product out there that taste just awesome and are filled with junk. If you want to buy something that is THIS good for your body, you need to get used to it not tasting like a fatty milkshake. And in my personal opinion, I have no problem with the taste it does have. It makes me feel great after a workout and it is filled with things my body needs.
I'm also on Weight Watchers, and for this particular drink, I love that it has minimal calories (115g), minimal fat (1.5g) and high fiber (8g). I highly recommend this product and I wish there were more out there like it --- that catered less to just tasting good and more to what's actually good for you.

This powder gives me protein and fiber to help me stay full (and not snack) which is a good thing. I prefer this flavor to the pink lemonade since the latter is a bit too tart. I buy it by the case on the subscribe-and-save program and keep cases of it at home and at work and order a lot during the summer since it seems to go out-of-stock during the winter.
