Peach is my favorite flavor out of all of them, but I drink them all because I need variety and they are good. They keep me full for 2 hours which is perfect to tide me over between lunch and dinner. I highly recommend!

(More customer reviews)The Mix 1 Blueberry-Vanilla protein and antioxidant drink is 11 oz. and 200 calories of nutritious vitamins and minerals. According to the bottle, each serving contains:
*15 grams of premium whey isolate
*23 vitamins and minerals
*3 servings of fruit/veggies
*antioxidants = to 4 cups of tea
*free of lactose, gluten, soy and caffeine
It doesn't end there. Although the product contains a little too much sugar, it is at least organic cane sugar and organic evaporated cane juice. The product itself is not organic but rather all-natural. But how does it taste? My first impression was how much it tastes like vitamins, but not necessarily in a bad way. It reminded me somewhat of a liquid yogurt drink with a vitamin-like taste. The product is perfect for replenishment after a workout or perhaps a quick pick-me-up in the morning for breakfast while driving to work.
Other positives:
*no trans fats
*370mg potassium
*70% RDA of vitamin C
*3g of dietary fiber
The one negative I did find with the product is the price. Even buying in bulk at a case of 12 the price still averages over $2.00 a bottle. If that is of no concern to you and are looking for a healthy drink you can't go wrong with this product.

(More customer reviews)mix 1 Berry is a good tasting drink that packs plenty of good stuff that your body needs and will thank you for. Some of the other reviews on here complain that the berry flavor isn't very good but when you are drinking these high content drinks the goal isn't something that is going to taste incredible rather that is a 'side effect' of trying to puree something together that your body will thank you for. The first taste I had of mix 1 the experience wasn't out of this world but it wasn't bad either. As I continued to drink more of this I got used to the flavor quickly and actually it grew on me.
If you are looking for a healthy alternative to other drinks and/or something to balance out your food intake for the rest of the day, this is a wonderful product that delivers what it say it does.

(More customer reviews)My son was a micropreemie who was diagnosed Failure to Thrive for getting insufficient calories, due to a feeding delay, uncontrolled reflux, and extended illness. He began drinking Pediasure as his complete nutrition at 11 months adjusted. While he did still eat table foods, he was incapable of eating enough food to make a caloric difference during the day.
Well, after two months on Pediasure (with Fiber, to make his stools looser), he was finally ON the weight growth chart, after NEVER having been on the chart before! And after another 2 months, he is making steady strides towards a good growth curve.
Although the containers say it tastes better very cold, my son prefers Pediasure at room temperature. He does not like cold drinks at all. My only complaint is that these containers tend to dent easily, because they are coming through the mail. It's always worrisome when you find a dented container of food; however, in no cases have I found that the contents are disturbed/befouled by the denting. Good stuff!

(More customer reviews)To those complaining of the taste - give me a break, go buy the million different product out there that taste just awesome and are filled with junk. If you want to buy something that is THIS good for your body, you need to get used to it not tasting like a fatty milkshake. And in my personal opinion, I have no problem with the taste it does have. It makes me feel great after a workout and it is filled with things my body needs.
I'm also on Weight Watchers, and for this particular drink, I love that it has minimal calories (115g), minimal fat (1.5g) and high fiber (8g). I highly recommend this product and I wish there were more out there like it --- that catered less to just tasting good and more to what's actually good for you.
