You DO have to mix it in a 1 liter bottle and as far as removing the stains that everyone is talking about, all you need to do is use a little Cascade dishwasher detergent on a sponge and it comes right off! I always used this trick to remove alot of stains from my countertops!

It is hard to drink so much water when you are not always feeling thirsty. I thought I would give thes a try. They are delicious, and if you read the fine print you can see that some have attributes that actually give you something that is healthy for you as well. Of ocurse as are all products of this nature, you will supply the main ingredient, WATER. I will tell you I am drinking more water than I ever have. I recommend this to anyone that wants a refreshing drink with little or no sugar. They allow you to drink a tasty beverage and limit or control just how many calories you intake. 5 Stars!
