(More customer reviews)I am currently work in Iraq, it is very hot! Water and the act of hydrating are not only encouraged, ut fatal if you do not comply. It is hard to drink so much water when you are not always feeling thirsty. I thought I would give thes a try. They are delicious, and if you read the fine print you can see that some have attributes that actually give you something that is healthy for you as well. Of ocurse as are all products of this nature, you will supply the main ingredient, WATER. I will tell you I am drinking more water than I ever have. I recommend this to anyone that wants a refreshing drink with little or no sugar. They allow you to drink a tasty beverage and limit or control just how many calories you intake. 5 Stars!
