(More customer reviews)FYI, a single serving size is 1/4 cup (42g) and provides 4g of dietary fiber. Not thinking, I followed the cooking directions - 3 1/4 cup of water and 1 cup of cereal. According to the directions, it makes 3 1/2 cups - 14 servings or more. I was about to eat 1/2 cup to 1 cup of cereal until half way through I reread the packaging and realized that would be 8-16 g of fiber at once - a bit much for me.
It reminds me a little bit of grits in both texture and flavor, and it _is_ very tasty.

(More customer reviews)Kay's cereal has 9 grams or protein per half-cup serving, mainly from soy. I appreciate the low sugar content: only three grams per serving. I wish that the rice flour were BROWN rice, though.
