Hi-Lo Maple Pecan Low Carb Cereal is THE BEST low-carb cereal I have found in 8 years of living a low-carb lifestyle. If it didn't say "Low-Carb" on the box, you would never know it was a low-carb cereal; the flavor is better than many of the usual grocery store cereals that are loaded with carbs and sugar.
Although I have tried the other flavors of Hi-Lo Low Carb cereals, this flavor is my personal favorite (the others are also very good, but I am a sucker for maple - the maple flavor in this cereal is excellent). The cereal contains both flakes and puffed crunchy pieces similar to Rice Krispies as well as chunks of pecans.
I enjoy this cereal with Hood's Calorie Countdown 2% Dairy Beverage (used to be called Hood's Carb Countdown), or with heavy cream if the Hood's is unavailable. I also enjoy it dry as a healthy between-meal snack.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this product for anyone living a low-carb lifestyle.

I am a low carb dieter and was worried this bread was "to good to be true" when I ordered it. The bread came out very bitter and I could not finish the loaf. I must admit I am not much of a cook or have much experience with baking so there is a chance the bad bread was a screw up on my part.

A low carb bread mix from the trusted folks at Dixie Diner! All natural, no preservatives...Enjoy the wonderful flavor of fragrant homemade yeast bread. Mix is so easy to make, just place eggs, cottage cheese, butter and water in bowl, stir, add dry mix and yeast and place in oven to rise for 45 minutes. Bake for 45 minutes and enjoy! A good product. Delicious added to other plain cereals such as plain Cheerios or plain Shredded Wheat. Only downside is the cost. This is same for all 3 flavors.

This is by far the most nutritional granola I have ever been able to find. The flavor is ridiculously awesome! Highly recommend and will continue to buy. Mix with nonfat greek yogurt with extra cinnamon for an awesome treat!

This bread mix is very good. The bread is a little chewy, but has a good flavor. I have to use the manual cycle and bake it in the oven in two pans, as my bread machine has only a 1-1/2 lb. capacity. The first time I used it, the bread rose so high it popped the top off and didn't finish baking. So if you don't have a 2 lb. machine, you'll have to bake it in the oven.
