(More customer reviews)I eat granola bars quite a bit. They are quick, cheap, easy to carry and taste good. They aren't always the best for you though. So, when you take an old favorite and revamp it to be good for you, I'm all for it. This bar has a pretty good mocha coffee flavor, even though I'm not a big fan of mocha flavor. Add that with the much needed 36% of daily fiber and I think you have a winner. Not to mention only 4g of fat, 7g sugar and 120 calories. Those are some pretty good numbers there. The only thing I would improve is more protein. It rakes in at only 2g. 5g would be much better. All in all though, it's a A+ bar.
