(More customer reviews)I have used this pasta for two years. It has an excellent taste and consistency while being low carb. Much better than whole wheat choices. I've tried all the selections and all I can say is I'm looking forward to the company adding rigatoni and acini de pepe sometime in the future. It's hard to find in restaurants but if you are ever in Pittsburgh, they serve it at Gullifty's-wonderful. Some diabetics may find it doesn't work for them--trial and error if you eat it because of diabetes.
