(More customer reviews)I suspect that raw pumpkin seeds (pepitas) are better for you than roasted and salted, but evidently it is an acquired taste. Unlike some raw pumpkin seeds at the health food store, they are not bitter. But I have to mix in 25% roasted and salted for me to like eating them.
Unlike the illustration, they are the same green color as the raw ones you see in the health food store.
