(More customer reviews)I buy All Bran Extra Fiber all the time. I never just put it in a bowl, pour milk over it and eat it. It definitely needs fruit, fresh is better. What I usually do is have one serving of this mixed with one serving of another, sweeter cereal. All Bran Extra Fiber is also a great mix-in for yogurt or cottage cheese, instead of fatty, sugary granola.
4 stars for the fiber and nutrition. For taste, add your own!
