(More customer reviews)I use a 1/4 cup coconut flour, a cup of oatmeal, a teaspoon of baking powder, a 1/4 cup or 1/2 cup of sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 2 eggs and 1/2 cup of milk (i don't actually measure...so the milk might be a cup)...and blend it all together and make pancakes. Everybody loves them and we are all getting fiber.
