(More customer reviews)If you like your seeds with absolutely no salt (not that I could detect anyway, although the label says 5mg sodium per serving, essentially none), and chewy/rubbery rather than crunchy, these are for you. For the rest of us, pass these by. The "subtly sweet" advertisement was way too subtle for me to detect.
El Sabroso Pumpkin Seeds (also on Amazon)are definitely tastier, although still a bit light in the salt department (and no, I do NOT like the frequent store bought seeds that have 3 pounds of salt on each shell). At least they are crunchier, tastier, and don't feel like you're chewing on a tire. El Sabroso's are, however, much smaller seeds.

My nutritionist advised me that my breakfast was not sufficient. She said it was important to eat some protein within a half hour of raising in the morning. She said that otherwise my metabolism would drop. I asked her to mention some easy protein breakfast snacks and she suggested yogurt.
I decided to try Yoplait yogurt and am happy with my decision. A six ounce carton is perfect for that early snack. It is tasty and comes in a variety of flavors. It is relatively low in calories and has all the right ingredients.
Yoplait six ounce yogurt has 6-7 grams of protein, and only 20 carbs. It contains calcium (20% RDA), plus Vitamins A and D.
I have a yogurt every morning and I strongly recommend this product.

I have bought flax seed from other sources before, only to find it rancid when I opened the bag. This product was fresh as can be, and has stored well for me since I bought it a few months ago. Not only does NOW sell a fresh product, but Amazon must store it properly or have a very high turnover rate, because the product I received was very fresh. Storage makes a difference with flax.
The price for 6 bags was lower than I've seen elsewhere. I store one open bag at a time in my refrigerator and keep the rest in the freezer. They have kept well for me.
I use milled flax seed to make a variety of foods, mostly homemade granola and low-carbohydrate, high-fiber baked goods. It serves as a good flour replacer in some recipes.

Very hearty, great on salads, or just to eat. They are very large beans and keep their color even after cooking. Good service from Barry Farm. Will order more from them in the future.

You feel like you've had a substantial snack after you drink it. The new packaging is fantastic as well. I am always trying to eat 6 small meals in a day but can find it difficult to come up with a healthy snack all the time. (More customer reviews)I am on the record elsewhere saying that Dorset Cereals are the best mueslis in the world, and I'll stand by that. For my personal taste, however, the nuttier mueslis outpace the fruit-packed ones -- such as this one.
This muesli has a strong fruit taste, but despite the "berries and cherries" name, the fruits are mainly raisins and related types like sultanas. Berries, blackcurrants and dried cherries provide a distinctive and tangy flavor that outweighs their relatively small volume in the overall product mix. Still, I docked a star from the review because I feel the name is a bit misleading. Berries and cherries actually account only for a very small percentage of the fruit mix.
Despite my nitpicking, however, this muesli -- with its walloping 50% ratio of fruits, nuts and seeds -- still stands head and shoulders above most other types, except the nuttier Dorset brands. If you prefer a fruity to a nutty muesli, jump all over this one, it's made for you.

The price on these was good, so we decided to give them a try. The biggest problem with them is that about 25% of them are too salty to eat. I mean they are in a salt crust! The garlic flavor is good, but is overpowered by the salt. Too bad the search continues.

(More customer reviews)These bars are my least favorite of the Special K bars. I usually eat a bar in the morning on the way to work and figured I would try this flavor. I think it tastest horrible. I think Special K is grasping at straws with this flavor and I don't think it will do well. The combination of raspberry and cheese flavor they put together makes you barely want to finish the bar you started.
I recommend not trying this flavor and sticking to the flavors you like.

(More customer reviews)After reading something about this product possibly lowering Triglycerides, I wanted to see if it would work for me. Historically my Triglyceride levels were around 300. I was only on this for 3 weeks (2 TBS a day mixed in my yogurt) when I went for my blood work. The results shown they had been lowered to 205! And that's only after 3 weeks on Salba seed with no change in diet. I can't wait to see my next results after a couple more months. Also, my joints ache less and the extra fiber is working--not to mention the Omega 3 benefits. I've always had a high energy level so I can't comment on that aspect. All in all a great product.
