(More customer reviews)i fast from sun up to sun down every sunday, and this is my first sunday using simplfast. it does help ease hunger pain. dont know if ill be buying it after the 35% off sale, but it does seem to work. now if they could get the price down to about 20$ a case, i would make it a part of my food budget.
